Do I need a referral?

No, a referral is not required. Our doctors are practising GPs with extensive experience prescribing medical cannabis.
How much is an appointment?

Regular Initial consult: $159 Follow-up: $75 Concession Initial consult: $125 Follow-up: $75
What are your business hours?

The clinic is open for enquiries during the following hours: 10am-5pm Monday - Friday CLOSED Saturday CLOSED Sunday Please note: Many of our consults take place outside of business hours (from 5-9pm).
How long will I have to wait for an appointment?

We typically schedule appointments within 2 business days of receiving a completed Intake Form. This time-frame can vary depending on the availability of the patient and a prescriber.
How do I fill my prescription?

Not all pharmacies stock cannabis products. We can link you with a pharmacy that is experienced at filling cannabis scripts, and keeps a range of cannabis medicines in stock. Fill your prescription same-day in person, or via Express Post next business day.
What happens once I submit my intake form?

Once we receive your intake, we process it and then contact you to schedule a telehealth appointment. We contact all patients within 1 business day, and appointments can usually be scheduled within 2 business days.
Do I need a Medicare card?

Yes. At this time, patients are required to have a Medicare card.
How long will it take to get my prescription?

Prescriptions are issued immediately following your consult. We can link you with a pharmacy that is familiar with cannabis medicines. You can collect same-day in store, or via Express Post next business day.
