Do I need a referral?No, a referral is not required. Our doctors are practising GPs with extensive experience prescribing medical cannabis.

How much is an appointment?Regular Initial consult: $99 Follow-up: $69 Concession $10 off

What are your business hours?The clinic is open for enquiries during the following hours: 10am-5pm Monday - Friday CLOSED Saturday CLOSED Sunday Please note: Many of our consults take place outside of business hours (from 5-9pm).

How do I fill my prescription?We will link you with our partner pharmacy to have your scripts conveniently dispensed. Free Express Post or pickup available.

Do I need a Medicare card?Yes. At this time, patients are required to have a Medicare card.

How long will it take to get my prescription?Prescriptions are issued immediately following your consult. We can link you with a pharmacy that is familiar with cannabis medicines. You can collect same-day in store, or via Express Post next business day.

Is this a premium service?Yes, but without the inflated price tag. We offer fast, professional, high-quality care with transparent pricing: $89 for initial consultations and $59 for follow-ups. No hidden fees. No confusion.

How long will I have to wait for an appointment?We typically schedule appointments within 2 business days of receiving a completed Intake Form. This time-frame can vary depending on the availability of the patient and a prescriber.
