Overview
At Cannalink Clinic, we offer telehealth consultations with specialist doctors. To keep our service efficient and accessible, all appointments must be paid for upfront. Please read the information below carefully before booking.
Payment Requirements

Payment is required before your appointment can be scheduled.

Once payment is received, we will contact you to organise the next available appointment time.

Payments are made securely through our online system.

Cannalink Clinic does not offer Medicare or private health rebates.
What Your Payment Covers
Your payment covers the doctor’s time during your telehealth consultation. A payment does not guarantee:

a prescription
-
a specific medication
-
approval for cannabis treatment
The doctor will make all treatment decisions based on clinical judgment.
Refunds
Refunds are only available in limited circumstances. You may be eligible for a refund if:

The clinic is unable to offer you an appointment within a reasonable timeframe.

The clinic cancels your appointment and cannot provide an alternative.

You accidentally made a duplicate payment.
Refunds are not available if:

You change your mind after paying.

You decide not to proceed after being scheduled.

You miss your appointment or are unavailable when the doctor calls.

You are found medically unsuitable for cannabis treatment.

You disagree with the doctor’s clinical decision or the treatment plan.
-
You expected a certain product or outcome that cannot be provided.
Once a consultation has taken place, no refund is available.
Rescheduling and Missed Appointments

You may reschedule once if you give at least 24 hours’ notice.

If you miss your appointment or cancel late, a new payment may be required to book again.

Missed appointments are not refundable.
Failed or Disputed Payments
If a payment is reversed, disputed, or fails:

The appointment will be cancelled.

The clinic cannot provide follow-up assistance or prescription support until the matter is resolved.

Fraudulent or repeated disputes may result in the patient being unable to rebook.
Payment Confirmation
After we receive your payment:

You will get an SMS confirming payment.

We will contact you as soon as the doctor’s availability is released to schedule your appointment.
